OnePlus has launched its new smartwatch, the OnePlus Watch Lite. It has a 1.46-inch circular AMOLED display with a maximum brightness of up to 3,000 nits and a resolution of 464 x 464 pixels. The watch’s health features include heart rate monitoring and blood oxygen tracking.
OnePlus has expanded its wearable portfolio by launching the OnePlus Watch Lite. Compared to its other smartwatch models, this is a more affordable option. The OxygenOS Watch platform, rather than Google’s Wear OS, is used by the OnePlus Watch Lite, which is positioned below the company’s premium watch series. This smartwatch features a 3,000 nits bright AMOLED display, health and fitness tracking, and support for both Android and iOS devices. It is claimed to offer up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge. The smartwatch has been launched alongside the OnePlus 15R in select global markets.
OnePlus Watch Lite: Price and Availability
The OnePlus Watch Lite is available with black or white fluorocarboner straps in silver or black stainless steel. It has been introduced in a few European nations and the United Kingdom, with prices of GBP 179 (approximately ₹21,600) and EUR 179 (approximately ₹19,000), respectively. It is currently available for pre-order for EUR 159 (roughly ₹16,800) and GBP 159 (roughly ₹19,200). Pricing and availability for other markets, including India and the US, have not yet been announced by the company.

OnePlus Watch Lite features a 1.46-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 464 × 464 pixels, a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits, and is protected by 2.5D curved glass and sapphire crystal. This smartwatch runs on the BES2800BP chipset, which comes with 4GB of eMMC internal storage. In contrast to Wear OS watches, the OnePlus Watch Lite does not support app downloads from third parties or mobile payments.
Heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen monitoring, wrist temperature monitoring, stress monitoring, sleep monitoring, and breathing exercises are among the health features of the OnePlus Watch Lite. Sleep tracking includes deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, wake time, respiratory rate, and sleep SpO2, along with a sleep score and insights. Additionally, the watch can track a cycle and detect a fall. OnePlus’s 60-second wellness check is included, which measures several health indicators using sensors on the side of the watch.
For fitness tracking, the OnePlus Watch smartwatch supports over 100 sports modes. It also offers automatic recognition for six activities, including running, brisk walking, cycling, swimming, rowing machine, and elliptical workouts.
OnePlus Watch Lite’s connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2 with support for both classic Bluetooth and BLE. It only works with access cards that aren’t confidential and has Bluetooth calling and NFC support. GPS support includes dual-band L1+L5 positioning with BeiDou, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and QZSS.
Cross-OS dual-phone pairing is an additional feature that enables the watch to connect to two phones simultaneously, including Android and iOS combinations. This feature will be enabled via a future OTA update. The watch supports answering calls and syncing notifications from both devices. It also offers over 350 watch faces.
OnePlus has equipped the Watch Lite with a 339mAh battery, with a rated capacity of 330mAh. With the always-on display enabled, the company claims a battery life of up to four days and up to seven days with typical use. According to the company, it takes up to 90 minutes to fully charge, while a 10-minute charge provides up to 24 hours of use.
OnePlus Watch Lite has a case made of stainless steel, a plastic back made of PA with 55% glass fiber, and a sensor window made of glass. It comes with a fluororubber strap and a stainless steel buckle. The smartwatch is IP68 dust and water resistant and has a water resistance rating of 5ATM.
In terms of size, the OnePlus Watch Lite measures 44.98 × 44.98 × 8.9mm. Without the strap, the body weighs approximately 35g, while with the strap on, it weighs approximately 59g. It supports wrist sizes ranging from 140mm to 210mm.
